Tuesday Musing
I am writing this on my lunch break. All cool fun stuff is blocked at work so I'm at an internet cafe. I'm taking a long lunch because I deserve it & I have to stay back. We have a ridiculous workload & are understaffed
I don't know how many months it's been, I haven't checked. But since I quit drinking, I have not had any conflicts or had to make any apologies where it's ALL MY FAULT.

No more avoiding ppl & falling out with ppl over things I can't comprehend doing let alone remember doing lately. It definitely wasn't all bad but it got pretty fucking bad
Another kind of sick thing that can happen if you are hugely troubled or fucked up in anyway is that ppl can start attaching themselves to you in a trainwreck fascination kind of way. It gets old pretty quick.
I still have conflicts of course, people still get pissed off with me, but it's not ALL MY FAULT. Nor to I have to blame actions on previous traumas or whatever. Chances are they have a few of their own.
I consider this a pretty significant milestone & its helping me get some confidence back.
Though I'm considerably less sociable, J - alcohol is only one of the reasons.
I have to rebuild the sense of 'possibility' in my outlook. I'm also angry as hell. I largely blame the overabundance of advertising, as well as an overly long series of disappointments. It's so easy to be cynical right now.

BeforeAfter I wouldn’t recommend doing this. When you are painting with a stain & there’s one bit you don’t like, you have to start the whole paint job again. It takes ages & you can get a new wicked guitar with a colour you DO like at a really gd price nowadays :\
